- Item weighs less than 15Kg
- Item is no longer than 120cm
- Item is less than 225cm cubic size.
- Parcel shop drop off - no printer required
- Locker drop off - Printer required
- Courier collection - Printer required
To calculate the cubic size of your item, add together the 2 shortest sides and multiply it by 2. Add the length of the longest side, and the total must be below 225cm
If items are sent back to us with this service, a surcharge may be incurred if the item is bigger than the sizing outlined above.
The digital email instructions should arrive within 10 minutes.
