Warranty Information
At Cheaper Online Ltd, we offer a 12-month "Return to Base" warranty on most products. This means that if your item is faulty within the warranty period, you can return it to us for repair or replacement. However, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the buyer. Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, in which case, the warranty will be upheld by the manufacturer, and customers can contact them directly for support, including sourcing replacement parts.
Exchanges
If an item needs to be exchanged, whether due to transit damage or a fault upon arrival, we must receive the damaged or faulty item before dispatching the replacement. This ensures proper handling and processing of the return and guarantees that the replacement meets the correct warranty conditions.

Returns
Shipping and damaged items
All items
are shipped using an insured service to ensure your order arrives
safely. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, please
make sure to sign for the item as "damaged". This allows you
to inspect the item thoroughly after the courier has left. If any damage is
found, please contact us via email within 48 hours so that we can
arrange for a replacement.
If your
item arrives damaged, we will arrange to have it collected and replaced at no
additional cost to you. Alternatively, if you prefer to cancel the order
and return the item for a full refund, you are welcome to do so.

Faulty goods
All items
purchased from Cheaper Online Ltd are covered by a 12-month "Return to
Base" (RTB) warranty. If an item is found to be faulty upon delivery,
please notify us via email within 14 days of receipt. Starting from the
day after delivery, if the item develops a fault within the 12-month warranty
period, you are eligible to return the product for either repair or
replacement.

Right to cancel and return an order
The 14-day
cancellation period begins the day after your order is delivered. If you
decide to cancel, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item
to us. If we arrange for the item to be collected by our couriers, we reserve
the right to deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
The buyer
is responsible for the goods until they are received and signed for by a member
of the Cheaper Online Ltd team. You are required to take reasonable care
of the goods before returning them, ensuring that they are in the same
condition as when they were received, with all applicable packaging
included. The goods must not be opened or used in any way.
