Getting an undecorated garland is great as you can customise it how you want to and change it when your theme changes.I had to use something underneath it as it scratched the paint on the fireplace.

Took me ages to find a black garland anywhere. Was a little worried about buying one online without seeing it physically but I took a gamble. Really really impressed, its so thick and looks beautiful on my fireplace. I've added lights since this picture and will add more bits to it as I go. Well worth the price.
