Actually picked these up at our local garden centre as they were much the same price at £5.99. Stuck our summer solar light AA batteries in them for now and will charge then later. Nice varied flashing and put them through two ball box small hedges. The 24x lights seemed just the right size for our small football sized hedges. If your hedge is bigger I'd go with the 50x lights although in our box they are wound round and I could have just kept everything to the front on a bigger hedge. In all at the price just a bit of fun if they last a season £12 for two boxes. The control box seems sturdy enough with a good seal but put ours in freezer zip bags for a wee bit extra protection as they are outside and an elastic band round to keep bag tidy. Can switch on and vary lights off both buttons without moving or removing them. Only mistake was I picked up the blue LED ones not white but think I prefer the blue to be honest.
