1.35m x 1.14m Large Grey Wooden Outdoor Garden Double Wheelie Bin Store Storage for 2 Bins

I received the bin store and one of the panels was faulty, that’s fine these things happen. I emailed to report the fault giving order number, item that was faulty and a description (as quoted on my order) yet the person responding still asked me what item was faulty and which order I was referring to. When I replied stating please look at email thread as I have provided full details. I then had to chase a response up, my reply was we are waiting for a you to tell us which item is faulty and whether it’s a single or double bin store. I had clearly given all of this information in my very first email, if “Sam” had bothered to read my email properly he would have found all of the information required. Not only was this person wasting mine and their time but this has now delayed me receiving my replacement part.

The wheelie bin storage units look pretty good and do the job.
It’s not really a triple as it comes as a single and double which can’t be connected. The lid on the single unit appears warped so sticks up at the left and doesn’t close flush with the unit. Otherwise ok.
Instructions say 45 minute assembly for each unit but that is pretty optimistic as it took us more like 2 hours for each, probably more for the double.
Nevertheless I would recommend the storage units. Time will tell how they weather.
