Shipping:
All items are shipped
using our trusted, insured courier service. A signature will be required on
delivery so please ensure you specify a delivery address where someone will
be available 9 - 5, Mon to Fri. All items should be received within 3 days of
the date you made the payment unless specifed on the item description page.
We will email you at 6pm on the day of shipping to confirm that your item has
been shipped.
Next Day Delivery:
Next Day Delivery
is available on most items, providing the item is in stock. To receive Next
Day Delivery, Order by 3pm Monday - Thursday. Orders received by 3pm Friday
will be shipped on Friday for Monday delivery. Orders received between 3pm Friday
and 3pm Monday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Please
Note: Although we make every attempt possible to ship all orders received
by 3pm this is not a guaranteed service. Some remote / offshore locations are
not available on a next day delivery service and may take up to 3 days.
We will always
confirm your order has been shipped by email. If you do not receive an email
by 7pm then the item has not been shipped - you can log in to our web site to
find out the status of your order.
Delivery Attempts:
Deliveries are
usually the next working day (Mon - Fri), and will require a signature at the
point of delivery. If they are unable to obtain a signature on delivery they
will leave a calling card asking you to contact your local depot to arrange
a redelivery. You must contact your local depot within 5 days of them leaving
the calling card or the item will automatically be returned to us and you will
need to pay the postage costs again to have the item resent. If you miss the
courier on the 2nd delivery attempt there will be a £4 charge for each
subsequent delivery attempt - you must contact us via email requesting a 3rd
delivery attempt and we will send you a link to make the payment online. We'll
then contact the couriers and authorise the delivery attempt for you.
Shipping Prices:
Our standard postage
cost is for delivery to the UK Mainland ONLY. This excludes Northern Ireland,
Scottish Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man & any offshore destinations.
We can deliver to these areas but the cost of delivery will be significantly
more. Please contact us with your post code for a quote.

Items Damaged in Transit:
All items
are sent with an insured courier service. If the item appears to have damage
to the outer packaging upon arrival you must sign for the item as "damaged"
and contact us via email within 48 hours. We can then arrange to have the item
collected & replaced. All replacements will be issued on receipt of the damaged
item, we are not able to offer a "doorstep swap" service.
Collections:
You are welcome
to collect your purchase from our Blackpool Showroom & Warehouse. Please
purchase the item online as normal and select the customer collection option.
Once you have submitted your order please contact us by phone to advise when you would like to collect the item so we can ensure someone is here to meet you.
